I'll be speaking at the Mississippi Bankers Association's Marketing & Communications Conference in mid-April. It's being held at the venerable Old Capitol Inn, right up the street, a beautifully restored facility that I think was a YWCA in the fifties. I'm looking forward to injecting the presentation with some category-specific (i.e. banking) info for the first time. Thanks to Kristen Kern for the invitation!
